Jerome Mungapen CSCP - President

Jerome Mungapen has had an extensive career in Supply Chain Management both within the systems implementation environment and outside of it. Graduating with honors in electrical and electronic engineering, Jerome completed his degree being sponsored by Michelin Tyre Plc in the UK. This provided him with an excellent hands on manufacturing grounding where Jerome worked as a industrial engineer focusing more on manufacturing systems rather than electrical engineering. With a practical grounding in the implementation of physical manufacturing concepts such as JIT, Kanban and TQM. Jerome progressed into a formal industrial engineering set of roles where he was responsible for improving business and manufacturing processes and productivity within a manufacturing plant. This internal management consultancy naturally lead Jerome to formalize this role .Becoming a professional management consultant implementing supply chain management solutions underpinned with SAP's ECC and R/3 and SCM products.
Jerome Mungapen has had over thirteen years of professional experience implementing SAP's R/3 and ECC products. All of this time has been as a professional consultant and the majority of it at big four consulting companies.
With a key focus within the production planning and execution and materials management areas of SAP Jerome has implemented these modules in many large corporations. Periphery to this Jerome has also spent significant time implementing within sales and distribution and  project systems , along with plant maintenance giving him a broad view of Supply Chain management within ECC as a whole. In addition to SAP's ECC product Jerome has also implemented SRM, and worked with APO integration with PP into SAP
Jerome originally started consulting in the UK with a small consultancy called Druid Systems, (which later became Xansa).
This lead to him joining PricewaterhouseCoopers and moving "across the pond" to the USA.
In the US Jerome based himself in Silicon Valley focusing on Semiconductor manufacturers and implementing Supply Chain planning as a whole within this and other industry sectors.
When PwC consulting was purchased by IBM Jerome naturally transitioned into a key role within the semiconductor and high tech industry sectors within IBM.
Jerome eventually decided it was time to go it alone and start his own consulting company, again leveraging on his extensive SAP and industry expertise providing clients directly with his focus and skills.
Mungapen Consulting, Inc. and Jerome Mungapen have continued to provide its clients with high quality solutions that they can rely on.
